2、责任期限
　　从接收货物时开始至目的地将货物交给收货人为止，或根据指示将货物置于收货人指示的地点业已作为完成并以履行合同中规定的交货义务。
　　3、对合同的责任
　　国际货运代理人应对自己因没有执行合同所造成的货物损失负赔偿责任。
　　4、对仓储的责任
　　货代在接受货物准备仓储时，应在收到货后给委托方收据或仓库证明，并在货物仓储期间尽其职责，根据货物的特性和包装，选择不同的储存方式。
　　5、权利委托方应支付相应费用
　　货运代理人因货物的运送、保管、投保、保关、签证、办理单据等，以及为其提供其他服务而引起的一切费用，同时还因支付由于货运代理人不能控制的原因致使合同无法履行而产生的其它费用。
　　如货物灭失或损坏系属于保险人承包范围之内，货运代理人赔偿后，从货物所有人那里取得代位求偿权，从其他责任人那里得到补偿或偿还。当货运代理人对货物全部赔偿后，有关货物的所有权便转为货运代理人所有。
